By using this website and placing orders you agree to these terms. Tech Partner Pro is operated by Talyme Technologies Ltd.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information.
3. Orders via WhatsApp
Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp. An order is only binding once we confirm availability, final price and delivery details with you.
4. Payment & delivery
Payment terms and delivery timelines are agreed at confirmation. Ownership passes to you on full payment and delivery.
5. Warranty
Products carry the warranty stated on their product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not accidental or liquid damage.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
