7-day returns
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging and with all accessories.
Faulty items
If a product arrives faulty or develops a covered fault within its warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund it.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
